Refund policy
At Tees Crossed Golf, we are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your order. Please read our policy carefully before making an order, and initiating a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- All hats and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- All other purchases have a 30-day return/exchange window from the original order date.
- Items must be unworn, clean, and must be free of all stains (for example, deodorant stains) and odors (including cologne/perfume).
- Items must be folded as close to the original state as possible and protected during transit.
If items do not meet the above criteria we will not be able to resell the item, and therefore will not be able to complete the return or exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Return & Exchange Fees
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- We cover the costs for exchanges and honor all discounts used at checkout as long as eligibility requirements above are met.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Use the Self-Serve Portal below (the quickest way!) and make sure to leave a comment with which item and size you would like for an exchange:

Email contact@teescrossedgolf.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name on the order
- Your request (return or exchange, and for what item)
Lost or Damaged Items
- The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We try our best to catch any mistakes in shipping addresses before fulfillment, but we do not claim responsibility for any errors a customer may have made when entering their address and it will be at the customer’s expense to purchase a replacement order.
- If your item arrives and is severely damaged or if it is defective (e.g., a stitching issue or print error), please send a picture of the item and the packaging to contact@teescrossedgolf.com immediately. If we have stock available, we will gladly send you a replacement.

In the event your package tracking status is unclear or you believe your package is missing, please follow these steps:
- Check Tracking Status: Review the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the status shows "Delivered," you must contact the carrier (USPS or other stated carrier) first to resolve the issue, as the package is considered lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
- "In Transit" Status: If the tracking shows "In Transit," please allow a few extra days for delivery. While carriers are generally efficient (3-4 days shipping), delivery could take an additional 7–10 business days depending on your location.
